You have 3 days to contact MainStem to be eligible for a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please reference the original sales order in the subject of the email.

Once the Supplier receives your item it will be inspected, and we will notify you the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or original method of payment). You may be responsible for covering the costs of the shipping depending on the return. If the order is a mis ship, the Supplier will cover shipping. If you do receive a refund, the cost of shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Please inspect all shipments. You have the right to reject any damage deliveries. If received, all damage shipments need to be claimed with the shipping carrier. You will need to provide photos of the external packaging damage and any internal damage.
